An Act to amend Section 7 of Public Law 12-100 to extend the existence of the Guam Energy Office. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE TERRITORY OF GUAM

Section 1. Section 7 of Public LAw 12-100 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 7. The Guam Energy Office shall cease to exist when the purposes and objectives of this Act have been accomplished, subject however, to the further condition that the Office and powers granted it pursuant to this Act shall terminate not later than the effective date of the termination of the Federal Enerygy Administration.
