ARTICLE 1 – Subparagraph (i) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Implementation Regulation on Group I (a) Mines of the Mining Law published in the Official Gazette dated 3/2/2005 and numbered 25716 has been amended as follows. "(i) Loan Material: Loose material containing gravel, sand, silt and shaft, and material used as fill in the nature of slope debris and formed by the breaking, crumbling, alteration, transport and/or in situ precipitation of rocks as a result of natural and geological factors," ARTICLE 2 – The first paragraph of Article 31 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows. "The state right is taken over the sales amount per quarry. The sales amount at the beginning of the quarry is the price of the mine produced from the quarry. In I (a) group mines, the sales amount per quarry is the price of the mine sold as dimensioned and/or washed." ARTICLE 3 – The title and first paragraph of Article 32 of the same Regulation have been changed as follows. "State Right to be Paid in Activities in the Lands and Forest Areas under the Rule and Disposition of the State". "The state right is taken with an excess of 30% from the mining activities to be carried out in the places under the rule and disposal of the state." ARTICLE 4 – This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication. ARTICLE 5 – The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
