The group mines section has been changed as follows. "Group III minerals Salts in molten form in sea, lake and spring waters, Carbon dioxide (CO2) gas found outside of natural gas, geothermal and oil fields, Coal, lignite, peat and swamp-derived methane gas, IV. ARTICLE 3 – The following paragraph has been added to Article 25 of the same Regulation, following the first paragraph. "Group III applications on hard coal, lignite and peat operation permits cannot be accepted." ARTICLE 4 – The following paragraph has been added to Article 42 of the same Regulation. "Production activities in the exploration and operation license areas where it is determined that mineral production is carried out in the group to which the license belongs, for the purpose of sale without a production or operation permit, shall be stopped. In case it is determined that the shipment was not made with the consignment note, according to the third paragraph of Article 12 of the Law, it is stated that this production and sale is not paid and the state right is not paid. In case of detection, action will be taken according to the fourth paragraph of the same article. ARTICLE 5 – The following paragraph has been added to come after the first paragraph of Article 76 of the same Regulation. "The sales amount per quarry for all kinds of building raw materials used in structures such as I. group mines and gravel, rough construction, dams, ponds, ports, roads is the price of the mine sold as dimensioned and/or washed." ARTICLE 6 – This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication. ARTICLE 7 – The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
