Total biomass power generation installed capacity will be 15 million kilowatts, the annual generating capacity will be 90 billion kwh, of which agricultural and forestry biomass power generation will be 7 million kilowatts, urban solid waste power generation will be 7.5 million kilowatts, biogas power generation 500 thousand kilowatts; bio-natural gas utilization will reach 80 billion cubic meters; bio-liquid annual utilization 6 million tons; biomass briquettes annual utilization 30 million tons. ---By 2020, establish a certain scale of green low-carbon bio-natural gas industry, the annual output will reach 8 billion cubic meters, construct 160 bio-natural gas demonstration projects and ecological recycling agriculture demonstration projects. ---By 2020, biogas power generation installed capacity will be 500,000 kilowatts. ---By 2020, the annual utilization of bio-liquid fuels will be more than 6 million tons.
