Governance
Energy management principles: 
(1) Subject to Subsection (6), the provisions of Articles 1 to 29 of the Paris Agreement shall have force of law in Papua New Guinea. (2) Where the provisions of the Paris Agreement referring to or intended for the Developed Country Parties, Papua New Guinea shall not be bound by those provisions. (3) Subject to Subsection (5), where provisions of the Paris Agreement referring to or intended for the Developing Country Parties, Papua New Guinea shall be binding on or applicable to Papua New Guinea. (4) Subject to Subsection (5), where the provisions of the Paris Agreement referring to or intended for all Parties, Papua New Guinea shall be binding on or applicable to Papua New Guinea.
