EE action plans: 
In this direction; It was deemed appropriate to declare 2008 as the "ENERGY EFFICIENCY YEAR" in order to contribute to ensuring the highest level of energy supply security by improving the energy culture and efficiency awareness of the society. In addition to the practices to be carried out by public institutions and organizations within the framework of the Energy Efficiency Law No.5627, with the voluntary participation of private sector and non-governmental organizations in social responsibility projects, campaigns, award-winning competitions, training, awareness raising and media activities will be held within the scope of the 2008 Energy Efficiency Year practices, Energy and Natural Resources "Joint Action Statement" will be opened for signature by the Ministry.
