2. The following offences may be compounded by the Director- General, or any officer of the Agency authorised by the Director- General, in accordance with section 74 of the Act: (a) any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 12(2), 12A(2), 18(3), 19(2), 20(a), 23(5), 26(2) (including when read with section 26C(2)), 26A(3), 26B(4), 26C(6), 27(4), 27A(2), 27B(2), 28(3), 29(3), 30(6), 31A(3), 35(2), 36(2)(a), 64(3) or 65(3) of the Act;
