This Act overviews energy conservation regulation: with emphasis on the EE labelling, transportation and industry standards of practice.
Efficiency
EE standards for appliances: 
The Director-General will be responsible for the registration of suppliers of goods with prescribed minimum energy efficiency standards. ---The Minister may also make regulations with respect to; specifiying energy efficiency standards, and/or energy management standards by which registered goods or registered corporations must comply, as well as specifying the methods and criteria by which emissions, reduction, removal, offsets, energy production or energy consumption are to be measured.
EE industry standards: 
Every registered corporation, [...]must prepare and submit to the Director-General a report relating to energy consumption; energy production; and greenhouse gas emissions. --- Registered corporations must also keep and maintain complete and accurate records pertaining to energy efficiency improvement plans, as well appoint an energy manager of sufficient training to prepare and implement an energy efficiency plan, and generally comply with the Energy Conservation Act.
EE transport standards : 
The Transport Minister may make regulations regarding; fuel economy testing, labelling or reporting requirements in relation to any class, description or type of motor vehicle; as well as minimum fuel economy standard.---The Transport Minister is also responsible for establishing a register of transport facility operators, specifying any energy efficiency standards or energy management standards with which any class or description of transport facility operators must comply; and specifying the methods, and/or criteria by which the amounts of emissions, reduction, removal, offsets, energy production or energy consumption are to be measured.
Environment
Pollution control action plans: 
The Director-General may undertake investigations or surveys of the levels of energy consumption, energy production or greenhouse gas emissions for the purposes of —assessing the impact on the environment of certain industries or activities; and advising the Minister or other public bodies concerning energy or environmental policies.
