INDIA: Ministry of Coal Notification No. S.O. 2920(E) of 2011 regarding Switch Over from Useful Heat Value (UHV) to variable Gross Calorific Value (GCV)

Regarding switch over from existing Useful Heat Value (UHV) based system of grading and pricing of non-coking coals produced in the country to fully variable Gross Calorific Value (GCV) based system for information and necessary action.
